The Journey
From Creative Mastery to Commercial Reality
For a long time, I was “creation-occupied.”
As a British-trained perfumer, I was obsessed with the art—the notes, the chemistry, and the intangible magic of a scent. But I had a secret: I felt like half of my potential was locked inside. I had a background in Risk Management and Strategy, yet I wasn’t using it. I was thinking like an artist, not an entrepreneur.
The Cost of Learning
My transition from a creative mindset to an entrepreneurial one wasn’t seamless. It was messy. I launched multiple businesses; many of them failed spectacularly in the beginning. I’ve lived through the stress of closing doors and the triumph of selling companies.
Those failures were my real “Perfumer Academy.” They taught me what a lab never could: a beautiful scent is a hobby, but a strategically positioned fragrance is an asset.
My Mission: Unlocking Your Potential
I realised that the fragrance industry is one of the most guarded in the world, often leaving aspiring creators and established brands to guess their way to success. I’m here to change 그 (that).
For the Aspiring Perfumer: I provide every tool you need to transform your creative passion into a profitable business, skipping the years of “trial and error” I had to endure.
For Existing Brands: I create tangible value by treating scent not as a commodity, but as a driver for your bottom line.
For Investors: I bridge the gap between “art” and “equity.” I help investors identify which brands are truly investable and prepare fragrance businesses for high-level investment.
Why Work With Me?
What sets me apart isn’t just my nose—it’s my ability to see the risk, the ROI, and the resonance of a scent all at once. I don’t just help you smell good; I help you build something that lasts.
The “All-In” Moment
My transition from the corporate world to perfumery wasn’t a gradual shift; it was a leap. To fund my path and gain the elite training I needed, I sold my flat.
Now, I’m not suggesting you do the same—in fact, my background in risk management would usually advise against it. But I share this because it defines who I am. I am the person who will risk it all for a vision. I don’t do things halfway, and I don’t treat your brand or your career as a “side project.”
That level of skin in the game is what eventually broke me out of my “creative-only” bubble. It forced me to unlock the commercial skills I’d kept dormant. I had to learn how to turn a fragrance into a profitable reality because, quite literally, I had no other choice.
I provide resolution:
- For the Brand in Crisis If your fragrances aren’t stable, your development is stalling, or your product “isn’t quite there,” I am your technical fixer. I move you from creative struggle to a product that is ready for the global market.
- For Luxury retail Corporate Identity: I replace the “generic and boring” scents with bespoke signature fragrances. I help create memories that bring guests/clients/customersback and help businesses drive ROI through olfactory branding.
